Banned accounts can now be found on KoC. On your Command Center you will see Hall Of Shame (71 Members)

It now displays all bans, also if you click Other Inactives on the Hall of Shame page it will take you to the Inactive accounts.

You can still post inactives here so that I can update the pages on KoC but I will no longer be updating the lists here.
