Era 12 changes below, values have not been included at this stage. You are welcome to discuss/put forward your thoughts in the era-12-ideas channel.
-Sabotage AAT reduced
-Casualties on raids increased
-Exp from raids increased
-Gold stolen from raiding will be increased
-Attacks and raids will deal more casualties
-Higher TFF vs Lower TFF %s will be adjusted
-Hostage death reduced
-Exp and gold from sabotage requirement will be changed
-Trade for turns will see a slight adjustment in turns received
-Unit Production will be removed
-Make SA and DA upgrades same multiplier and levels
-Tool and Weapons 5m ones reduced to 2m
-Certain Upgrades/Levels will cost gold and exp
-Resale value of weapons will be reduced
These changes are going into Era 12, there will be more.

when you say unit production, you do mean Current Conscription Rate and not Current Soldier Rate
when you reduce 5m to 2m weapons, what will the strength be? 2000????

-Sabotage AAT reduced
- This hurts the rogues, they will be able to do less damage. They will still be maxed, ill just take a couple extra ppl to do so.

-Casualties on raids increased
- Positive change for raiding, I really like it. Although I would like the raiding to be completely revamped.
- Make raids more like sabotage.
- Should cost no turns.
- Make Da:Sa ratio close to 2:1. Both sides should have some skin in the game.
- Raids should do a lot of damage to both sides, with almost no gold taken. Maybe 1% of gold on hand.
- Should give similar exp to sabotage, random 0-5 per hit.
- People raiding without weapons would lose 1%-2% of their tff per hit.

-Exp from raids increased
-Again, this is a good improvement for raiding.

-Gold stolen from raiding will be increased
- Raids should be about damage, not profit. I think this is a step in wrong direction.

-Attacks and raids will deal more casualties
- Changing it back to era 10 should be sufficient, I think.

-Higher TFF vs Lower TFF %s will be adjusted
- Fixes one of the bigger problems in KoC with sell accounts. This is more of an alliance game, change is needed but changing too much will hurt gameplay fir alliance oriented people.

-Hostage death reduced
- Titties and beer for all hostages. Not much effect on most ppl.

-Exp and gold from sabotage requirement will be changed
- This is good as is, my opinion is dont change if its not broken please.

-Trade for turns will see a slight adjustment in turns received.
- Bread and butter of the game for most ppl. Ppl need to feel that by putting more time into the game gets them ahead farther. With clicking gone, slaying is the only way smaller guys like me can keep up.

-Unit Production will be removed
- Smaller tff with less exp/turns might make it harder for slayers, needs to be balanced.

-Make SA and DA upgrades same multiplier and levels
- Make DA great again. If raiding is revamped, it would give DA more importance

-Tool and Weapons 5m ones reduced to 2m
- Meh

-Certain Upgrades/Levels will cost gold and exp
- Good idea, ppl will use exp for upgrades instead of turns, but with turns costing more exp it might throw off the balance of the game.

-Resale value of weapons will be reduced
- Addresses a big problem with sell accounts, this is good, just not too extreme please.

These changes are going into Era 12, there will be more.

Era 12 Beta has just started on Join Now!!.

Here are the new changes to the new beta.

The beta will run while Era 11 is running, a timer will be up shortly as to when Era 11 will end.

Commander changed to 0 on start up.
Race changed to 0 on start up.
Unit Production has been removed, you will need to rely on Soldiers Per Turn to build your army.
SA and DA upgrades now have the same multiplier and levels.
5m Weapons/Tools cost has been reduced to 2m gold and carry strength of 2,250.
Higher TFF vs Lower TFF %s adjusted, you will have to work that out for yourself.
Resale value of weapons/tools set to 40% of buy value.
Trade for turns has had a slight adjustment in turns received.
Trade for turns are now restricted to only 2 trade options.
Gold stolen via raiding a player has been increased by 20%.
Casualties from attacks/raids issue has been rectified, you will now suffer more losses when attacked.
Exp from raids increased from 15 win/5 loss to 25 win/15 loss.
Attacking now requires you to have 2.5% SA of the players DA and be within 400 ranks.
Gold and Exp from sabotage now requires 100m value to be sabotaged increased from 10m.
Sabotage AAT on a player has been reduced 20%, max % is unchanged so you now have more of a chance to sabotage before revenge sabotage kicks in.
Hostages will be taken randomly from Untrained, SA, DA, Spies and Sentries.
Hostages need to be healed before Sunday, if you do not heal them they will die, 100% hostage deaths every Sunday.

i wish the beta had a countdown clock, as it was, no one was ready for it to end .. no end of era sells, or final goodbyes to our favorite players.

i think the beta will go on forever. it is to test changes before they are implemented .. the winner will be the one who is still here in 10 years.

This was something Bon was testing and forgot to hide :D
He has added a new race and a few updates to BETA.
Hopefully next will be a reset, a lot of big numbers there
