if an active clicker has a commander who is on vacation .. does the commander get trickle? does trickle go up chain past commander still? is there any trickle?

Lol. If the commander goes on vacation, the player has no commander. Which means there is no trickle. There's no chain above him. Only below him (if he has officers). Unless he joins someone else in the meantime.
