This is a malicious pop-up contained within an ad which has appeared on KoC within the past hour.
When loaded, it freezes the screen and gives a message similar to:
'windows firewall has detected that your windows 10 is damaged and irrelevant'
and then gives a phone number to call to 'fix' - it's a scam, you will be asked to pay for this 'service'
It is site specific, and only appears on KoC pages as far as I can tell, so don't waste your time trying to remove it from your PC.
"websites show the “Windows Firewall has detected that your Windows 10 is damaged and irrelevant” fake error messages by malicious advertisements on the sites you check out or adware."

We tested out a new ad service, upon seeing what was shown through their service the ads were taken down.

Thanks Bon.
I might be able to help a bit with that - sending you a PM rather that bore everyone with a list here

Thanks,
Unfortunately there will be testing of ads until we find a suitable replacement. So far those that we have tried were not appropriate.
Will check that list out giftig thanks.
