And further to my post above, Sentry is still not increasing from purchases, but it does increase when I train Sentry.

for your tools to be working, they have to be held .. that is why, your sentry don't increase until you train sentries.

there messing around with the database getting it ready for era 3, this issue was resolved all you got to do is train a few soldiers.
