Not sending email confirmation?

I clicked on delete my account at least a few hours ago because my account was bugged and it said it would send an email confirmation but it still hasn't. I want to get back to KoC already and create a new account, but if I did that without getting that confirmation email then technically I would be breaking KoC's rule about having multiple accounts, so am I going to ever get that email or what?

I know more people wanting to delete their account from the speedround.
The confirmation email is never sent, so the account still exsist on the BF and a new account can't be created.

Making sure the game is running smoothly is a bigger priority, I get that.

checked your spam folder? some email services filter it out to spam by default

if you have checked are you trying to register the same name or a new name when you remake? the issue I believe is the email server or something is not working right, this also happened the last speedround. as far as issues go I don't know where it falls on the priority but an easier solution would be to like ban your account this will remove it off the battlefield. this would require you of course create a new account after with a new name but after things have settled down they could probably make sure the old entry was deleted so you would reuse it in the new era. this is likely the fastest way to get this done. either way shoot an ingame message to the admin account letting him know whats up

I also tried to confirm my account hahaha but it doesn't require that confirmation after all

EDIT: Just re-checked and I got my e-mail lol Followed the link and it redirectedme to https://www.kingsofchaos.com/base.php If that is the trick then it worked for me lol

The issue with sending automated emails from websites is that many mail servers now rely on their blacklist on emails, ip addresses, subjects, and message content. So sometimes they can register a false positive and either kill it before it reaches your inbox or send it straight to your junk!
Also, its handy to check that you have actually put in a legit email address and spelt it correctly (sorry to say!)

The main reason players are not receiving the verify delete account emails is because they have not verified their emails on KoC, hence we cannot send an email to an account that has not verified their email.

If you are having issues trying to delete your account you know where to find me on discord. I can very easily add an email to your account to make it easier.
