will there be a post as to the changes for era 5, or do we have to guess them all, if any?

I'm just praying to god that it will be a low cost for max xp/turn upgrade of 8-12xp/turn so we don't spend the first weeks slaying billions upon billions just to max this quickly. All the other stuff you can plan out and be patient with like usual (saving turns as XP and banking until the turns are worth more as slays), but the xp/turn thing is worth slaying inefficiently for, so if it costs a lot there will be tons and tons of slaying for no gold per slay at the start of the era.

I see the changes are already in palce

Era 4 Changes

Exp Per Turn has been nerfed both in the Cost & Exp Per Turn.

Trade Exp > Turns has stayed the same - This will change every month as a new feature.

Conscription levels reduced (19 levels to 9). Costs decreased and the amount of Conscription you get will be very lush..

Safe Upgrades have been adjusted.

Yeah... The 2880 turns we get per day, with this trade ratio, equals 95 slays by itself. With 8xp/turn max (?) we'll be at over 300 slays per day. But even with just 2xp/turn its 149 slays a day....

Not sure where you are all getting the 8x exp per turn from, has anyone even got to the top level yet???

Doesn't even matter what the top xp/turn is when its 95 slays from the 2880 turns themselves.
