Upgrade Levels, Multipliers, Costs

Is the link to as it states levels, multipliers and costs. Click it and it takes you to the help page/KoC Upgrades list from the Upgrades page.

From a new player's perspective, the link is not intuitive. And what I had in mind is a hover effect, instead of redirecting into a different page.

a pop up that indicates .. time to upgrade, you won't loose any strength for doing it now.

I'm not really a fan of pop-ups... Maybe an alert badge to instead? So that it would not be as intrusive as a pop-up.

yes, the letters on your upgrade page would turn red or somthing , indicating the next upgrade will not loose strength if done now.

kind of redundant i think, since i do all my upgrades with safe gold.

I agree. the badge/ pop-up might be redundant since there's also already an upgrade advisor at the bottom. So I don't think its necessary.
My initial suggestion, however, is an entirely different thing to what you were proposing :) It was about adding a help button on each upgrade type. wherein you, when you hover your mouse or click on it, would show the list of upgrades for that upgrade type. I hope that clears things up.
